I believe they have changed because the first image is small and nothing appears, only her head, in this new model that shows the girls on the Home Page. Maybe return to normal at the end of the event (although I would prefer it to stay like this : P). Edit: Someday...

The same (for everyone, I think). I went to sleep at 11:00 pm at 22nd in Dicktator III, and when I woke up at 5:20 pm, no koban received, and everyone's message.
