It's happening to me for the first time!.. No image files are loading even the adventures screen is black!.. Only text is available to read. Without images all the fun in playing this game is like gone 🥲

I recruited a girl named Sarah Igobara, on February 1st, 2022, from the epic pachinko. I noticed she shows up in the market normally, as my 529th girl, but she isn't visible in the harem, unless I filter to only see legendary girls (or by searching "Sarah"). I can't see her when the girls are sorted by date recruited. I assume this is a bug, so I'm reporting it. The screenshots show Sarah recruited from the pachinko, visible in the market normally, and in the harem only when legendaries are selected, but not visible normally with all of the harem girls.

When collecting cash one by one from your girl in the harem, some of them don’t show up, no matter how slow you scroll down, making it hard to collect cash from them or select them for upgrades. To make them appear again you need to change the sorting order of the harem. Some will appear others will not show up any more and some girl will be displayed as ‘not collected’, even though they were just collected before, making it even harder to find the girls who haven’t been collected among them. You can exit the harem view and come back to fix the display of girls who have already been collected. If after one change of sorting order, I have not collected all the girls, I need to change for a third different sorting options, etc. Did you encounter the same bug as me? Do you know how to fix it? PS: We (obviously) are not talking about filtering here, every single filter option are put to ‘show all’. We are strictly speaking of sorting order that should, normally, only change the order of display and not hiding anyone. I just see the same topics here :

So it normally starts loads with: Bunny Skytte Juliette Princess Agate Fairy etc However because Skytte and Fairy haven't been unlocked yet, it finishes loading with the actual list of girls in the harem and their pic. At the moment it's stuck on loading and I can't collect the money manually. I can toggle the view to grid view or list view but that is it, no scrolling, no collecting money. I'm using Firefox browser.

I recently purchased your 5400 tokens for 4.99Euro (Starter offer) to purchase girls from the (Lovely moments events) and did the roles as normal. it said in my roles i won the following girls (Loving Justine) And (Loving Virginia) How ever when i went to check my harem for them neither of them were in there? my in game tag is L9 Princess and i'd like a full refund or the girls i won put into my harem. this is the first time i've spent money on this game and had planned to spend more but not if the game is going to scam me out of my money like that.
