Just to prevent any possible confusion someone might have from this, Epic Pachinko doesn't allow you to get event girls at any time, only a Epic Pachinko permanent (potentially one you got shards for during Epic Days) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I know that some girls have been in events, and been permanent Pachinko Girls, as I got Ninja Agate in that exact way just this past week, and got bonus affection items.
