buy koban

Hello,

I wanted to buy 5000 Koban through the store.

I fill in my bank card data, select the terms of use and then click pay.

after a short loading time, I get a white pop-up window without any information :

 

After closing this window, I return to the bank data window who load indefinitely:

I close the pop-up window, refresh my page and i don't see the credit of koban :

 

 

I've been made this scenario twice!!

So it's a bug or not?
