Yet another "the card was denied" -thread.

Hello!

I've been playing HH for about a year and a half, started buying the monthly silver membership (and later on gold when it became available) card each month and never encountered any issues before but now it's not working anymore. I'm using a Debit Mastercard by the way, and don't really feel like asking my girlfriend/mom/etc to borrow theirs without explaining why I need it... 

I've searched the forums and found out it's a common problem that has been around a while but a lot of people still have it. I've followed the tips people suggested to others in the otherthreads on the subject; contact my bank (no problem on their end and I'm far from my limits), cleared cache along with autofill for cc-info etc, tried other browsers and platforms (other computers and phone). 

I even tried using a VPN to change my location so it would match my ingame nationality to American - how the game thought I live there instead of Sweden (way before I used the VPN) is beyond me, as well as the inability to change nationality whent it's obviously completely wrong but that's off-topic. There were multiple instances of other players experiencing the same issure; Indians were "Pakistanis", Canadians were "Americans", Belgians were usually "German" and so on and so forth. Maybe the issue is that the card's real nationality does'nt match the one the game thinks it is but it's always been  like this and worked lots of times before. As a civilized European/Scandinavian I'm also somewhat offended by being called an American. ;) 

None of these measures have worked and as mentioned, I have'nt had the issue before. I would really like if you could look into it - this seems to be a common occurence and a probable systemic failure. I'd really like to be able to give you my money for what i think is an awesome game and those daily Kobans really enchance my enjoyment of the gaming experience; the QOL-parts are the best. I'm not sure if I will keep on playing if this issue is'nt resolved (this is ny no means a threat). 

Please help me support you finansially. HH is on a completely different level qualitywise compared to your competition, not really the gameplay but I really appreciate the quirky geekiness and TONS of anime and videogame referenses - It's obvious you know what you're doing with all the easter eggs and want to be able to support that.

Oh well, enough ranting (and praise). I apologise for the wall of text but I really wanted to provide as much info as I possibly could to help you solve the issue. I've contacted customer support as well but they won't reply, hence this post.

Edit: There's no issue with my card otherwise, either on- or offline.
