Payment issue: Monthly Card after previous expiration

Hi,

 i've got some problem with payment for Monthly Card after it's previous expiration. Returning message reports: "The card was declined for other reason" (can be found on attached screenshot "HH-Message").

I believe there are two problems (see attached screenshot "HH-Bugs"):
  1)Card number format doesn't determined properly - it doesn't separated for 4 block after it's entering, as it happens with other payments in app page.
  2)Card expiration date determined with errors, because it has "MM/YYYY" format instead of correct "MM/YY" format used in cards and other payments in app page.


Other payments in app page passing on correctly.
