What should I focus on

Here is what I got now:

What should I focus next? Like upgrading levels/affection levels of all/only what I use for arena or mb smth else?

Also should all girls in my team have Hardcore class or they should have different classes?

All your team should be hardcore.

You should work on upgrading affection levels, basically keeping each rarity one star higher than those below it (ie get Starting to 2, then common to 1. Then do Starting to 3, common 2, rare 1 ect). This both provides the best bonus long term, increased income, but also gives you the hentai scenes that probably are the reason you're playing this game.

You can also buy books, or continue buying manual stat upgrades in the market like you have been. Those can help you strengthen yourself if you're finding yourself too weak.
