purchasing kobans

Hi everyone,

Has been a while since I tried making in game purchase for kobans and it seems that changes were made. After I enter my card info it mentions something about needing 3d secure and going to my banks website to complete purchase. When I say ok it is not redirecting me to the banking site and I end up getting declined. I sort of remember a patch note or announcement but can not find it in forum. Would appreciate a clarification to what has change regarding making game purchases.
