Wahts the most optimal way to play the game?

So what i really want to know is what is the best most optimal and efficient way to play the game?

What do all the stats do and what charms to lvl, is there any kin of guide around ?

You're on the right track mate. No guide here, game is too green. I wager that idle is good for farming and the early to mid game while the clicking part will become end-game judging by the insane multi Felicia brings to the table.

You should keep Charm/Hardcore/KH idle charms at the same lv, if not you'll start to see some disparities between different classes. And I really cannot evaluate you progress without information about your perks

I have mine at slightly different levels, because at present I have contacts boosting them by different amounts. Sometimes circumstances make you do weird things (in a new person's case they might also not have perks for all of them equally).
