Payment/purchase issue

I'm also having the same problem. Been going on for almost a week now. Either says an error occurred while processing card or It will almost start to go through then just gives me a big error code.

Hey, guys! 
There are indeed some issues with the payment, the team is investigating it.

Do contact your bank to whitelist us.
If the issue is still here, poke me back.

I'm still having issues and my support ticket remains open after 37 days. I now get the same message above as dgdgdg. I have made sure everything is correct and have also spoke to my bank. No issues on their end. Wouldn't think there would be so many issues trying to spend money. LOL

Can you reply to the following questions, please :) 

  1. Which browser have you used to make your purchase?
  2. Could you try to make a purchase with another browser, tell us if it worked and which browser you used?
  3. Have you received the payment confirmation code?

I have tried to make a purchase using bitcoin however each time I send the email with all the details you request it is returned by your server identifying it as 'SPAM'. Please suggest an alternative method of communicating these details to you in order to execute a purchase through BTC. Thanks

Yesterday i bought gold on nutaku. I wanted to purchase the special offer bundle for 490 gold. As I purchase the gold, the special offer disappeared before i could buy it. At that time it was supposed to last 20 more hours. I purchased the gold specially for that offer. What is the problem?

I use Firefox and have also tried on the app (Android)

I'll Try Chrome now so I can add to reply. (Same result on Chrome)

I have for my Monthly Card, works using the same credit card
