GodeMichel Posted May 16, 2020 Share Posted May 16, 2020 As you can see on my screenshots I have all the required materials, more than the required level and Megumi still cannot get upgraded to 7000. I have at least of all the "books" so it should upgrade. The game just lets the upgrade screen open and nothing happens until I close it with the "X".
