A way to reduce the Cooldown on your Powers

I of course mean these powers:

 

If the image inst working I mean the ones with the cooldown that gives 20 clicks per second, the lips that increase income, etc.

Can something be done to add maybe a craft that reduces cooldown by maybe .5% per rank up to I dunno, 70%? .5 Might make those who want us to throw money at the game sad, I'd like his sort of bonus badly.

ye that has been suggested before there not bothered about giving players things they want unless there's money in it for them, they don't even read in here if they did maybe we wouldn't have endless amounts of people complaining about the same things over and over.
