unable to get eco diver nemah

i completed all of my daily missions but to get eco diver nemah it still says 0/15. am i missing something?

It refers to specially coloured missions with koban rewards like these:

You get 3 of these each day during this 5-day event, for 15 total, all of which need to be completed. The daily 12 standard missions are not relevant.

Did you only start playing today? "Today" game time, i.e. within the last 7 hours? If so, I believe it didn't generate any of these event missions for you today at all, but you'll be getting flooded with 12 of them tomorrow, 3 each for Days 1 to 4, and then the last 3 will generate on Day 5 for you as they will for every player.

i started yesterday and did all of the challenges yesterday as well

Oh right, I forgot that the time you started playing isn't as relevant as the time that you actually unlocked access to the event (after finishing "Fight the evil troll" in world 2).

i didn't have any challenges for kobans yesterday or today
