Missing a Girl in Harem

I just got to stage 501 in chapter 3 and after reloading the site I got Kimberley from stage 500th in my harem but the one from stage 50 is still not there.
I even completed that stage multiple times but she won't appear in my harem.

And also, after the increased reply capacity for the chat do we get any ryos back or will the capacity increase, because I remember buying a replies expansion from the shop once, before the update came.

You do not get the girl at 100%

 

You need to reforge and try again.

You will eventually get the girls you are missing.

So there is just a chance of getting a girl in your harem then?

I thought that you get them when you just meet and beat them once.

Do I have to complete the chapter fully or is it enough when I reset at Stage 100?

I wanted to come here and complain the same way you did. but when I read the answers I went back to game and now I got all the girls in campaign after about 50 attempts.
