Frozen cooldowntimer

It seems that all timers aren't funtioning properly,i mean all.If i refreh page timer shows currently time left,but they arent counting down without me doing refresh.

Not a big deal but still a bug

They've switched things up with today's patch so that the timers are only changing at certain intervals, depending on how much time is left:

Above one hour, the timer displays hours and minutes, and changes once per minute.
Below one hour and above 8 minutes, it displays minutes and seconds, but still only changes once per minute. (This looks very weird, because the seconds appear to be frozen.)
Below 8 minutes and above 2 minutes 30 seconds, the timer changes every 10 seconds.
Below 2 minutes 30 seconds, it changes each second.

(That goes for all timers in the game except the ones on the Seasons feature, which remain completely unmoving.)

Anyway, I believe this is all intended behaviour, strange as it may be.
