I had the same problem, but I hard logged out and logged back in and it appeared. Otherwise, sometimes you might check that you used same email addresses. Among other things, yes, that's good advice. @fighttomIn general, do NOT report this kind of thing as "a bug", especially not on the forum. There's a dedicated sticky thread about the Sex Friends offers, and if you still don't get your reward for a specific one, then you can send a ticket through Main Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Create a new ticket. Provide your screenshots and as many relevant details as needed to describe your issue: what happens, when, how, for how long or how often, etc. (and also what device you play on, what browser etc.).
