Booster use: epic or legendary?

At which point does one switch from the epic (yellow colored) to the legendary (purple colored) boosters?

Legendary ginseng gives you 6% in the three stats KH, HC and CH. epic gives you 1225 each.

Legendary cordiceps gives you 10% attack, epic gives you 3675 attack

Legendary chlorella gives you 10% endurance, epic gives you 14700.

You should change to legendary when you get more increase with them than with epic.

It was discussed back in the day when it was the level to start using it, but I can't remember now, probably between level 350 and 400.

As your stats also depends of the gear and girls you use, it is not a fixed level.
