How do you level up Places of Power ? (some of them anyway)

Hi,

I know that you need to spend some Kobans in Places of Power to level up Goblins: Masters of Shadows, 

Past Time Purifiers, and the other (can't remember its name).

 

But how do you level up the others where you can't spend Kobans, like No Social Distances, Bouncing Buns,

It's just Natural, and Erogenous Brains ?

 

Is it by leveling up my character or by completing each multiple times ? Or some other way ?

They level as your character levels yeah. Just keep progressing and they'll slowly improve.
