Elaborate a bit, for starters. Otherwise you're just throwing accusations out of the blue and without any context.

What was your issue, how did you phrase your ticket, what details and/or screenshot did you provide, what answer did you actually receive etc.

It's clear that you're frustrated, but I doubt the claim in your title is fair. Support answers tickets almost exclusively with copy-paste templates and quick replies that are polite, albeit rarely very helpful. And you might be disappointed that your request wasn't granted, but that doesn't make the person who sent you the standard reply to deny it "extremely rude and hostile".

Try to approach things in a more rational manner, and give us more info if you want us to help, or even advise you in this case.
