The survey is rejecting it as it doesn't recognize my name, or email and I can't progress further to attempt to see what's on there now. natstar Posted April 10, 2022 Share Posted April 10, 2022 You are most likely entering your game name but it says to enter your in game user id which is a number not a name found on your user page by clicking your avatar near your player level at the top of the screen. you need to write the user number in the survey not your player name. 3 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
