Quiero conseguir chicas nuevas de los eventos que están activos actualmente y se consiguen derrotando a los villanos. Pero quiero saber cómo consigo la chica más rápido, si golpeando al villano por x1, x10 ó x50 

I want to get new girls from the events that are currently active and are obtained by defeating the villains. But I want to know how I get the girl faster, if hitting the villain for x1, x10 or x50

They have the same drop rate of shards you only save time.
If you get monthly card you don't pay the koban cost for 10 and 50x 
the koban cost for using 50x is the same as doing 10x 4 times so it's cheaper if you are running low on time.
