Did you have the issue others have already reported while the event was still ongoing and it was relevant? The image was distorted and the hit box was no longer aligned with the Claim button visually? If so you should have sent a support ticket ASAP when that happened, with screenshots and details. Alternatively, you could have visited the forum and found the relevant existing thread with others experiencing that issue and with answers helping them. Posting a duplicate thread under Bug Reporting after the event has finished is not the way to go. You can always try sending an in-game support ticket and hope for the best, but the most likely answer will be that you should have asked earlier on during the event. As for the forum, the next post you make better be in the "QA questions answers" section, and/or a reply to an active and relevant thread. We're done here.
