It's a problem with your card issuer, as you've been told here: Quote Please contact your card issuer So, do that? You can contact Support (in a private in-game ticket, rather than on the forum), but they'll tell you the same thing. Some credit cards block certain purchases for various reasons, but it's up to them and for you to find out. Good luck. PS: Don't post questions in "Bug Reporting". You're not reporting a bug, you're asking for advice on how to solve an issue you're having that has nothing to do with the game. I've moved your thread where it belongs.
