Moderator Oliver66 Posted September 1, 2022 Moderator Share Posted September 1, 2022 Can you provide a screenshot? My guess is that they're tier 19 reward and you're currently on tier 18. The way the UI is it gets confusing as when you're looking at seasons from the main screen it will say 19 with your mojo bar beneath, but what it actually means is to reach 19 you have to fill the mojo bar. The less confusing bar to go by is when you open up the seasons menu where all the rewards are collected it will show your current tier on the left, the mojo bar in the middle and the next tier on the right. Moderator Oliver66 Posted September 2, 2022 Moderator Share Posted September 2, 2022 If its in the top left corner and kinda looks like a green V its meant to be a check mark signifying you've already collected it. If that's not the case you'll need to send a ticket in game, menu > settings > contact support and explain to them your problem.
