Send a ticket to Support via Settings in-game, with the above info and screenshot, and wait for Monday at the earliest for a reply. Please don't post isolated issues you're experiencing in Bug Reporting. It's called Bug Reporting, not Solving. Post in QA instead when you need help or advice. As the Sticky says in Bug Reporting.
