Check if you're logged in to the right account Send an in-game ticket to Support Don't post in Bug Reporting for something that's obviously an individual and specific case (post in QA instead) Don't post on the forum about an obviously individual and specific situation without giving any details useful to even guess what your issue might be, let alone enable us to advise you.
