GO TO "QA" INSTEAD! (I moved it there for you this time) You can't. Only the active leader can make another member a co-leader. If there are enough active club members left, then have a vote in chat for a new leader, take a screenshot of the vote, and send an in-game ticket to ask Support to make that person the new club leader. Main Menu -> Settings -> Support -> Create a new ticket. If there are not enough active club members left, then the club itself is dead and you should leave it and join an active club instead.
