natstar Posted July 27, 2018 Share Posted July 27, 2018 When they do hand the kobans out to the players that win them it will not be until around monday/wednesday that they do it because they want as many players as possible to have a chance of winning them the survey only just started this Wednesday so way to early to be asking for them even if you end up being a lucky winner. Not that everyone gets them. well that said there's one thing to add: first the survey needs to be closed and evaluated after closing. then after this is done and the participants are determined there will be a lottery or whatever process they do to choose the winners. so i wouldn't expect it do be finished until end of august.
