To answer your question; It's the same game as Hentai Heroes, but a patch, or two ahead of what we are currently playing on. It's used to test anything they are thinking about putting into the game. Because it's used for testing, there are a lot of bugs to be expected. The account will be separated from your current account, so you would need to start over.
