Happened to me as well, I had mixed poses in the third stage, but in exchange I got all hardcore in the last stage just now. Also, the example picture in the patch-notes from when this was introduced, is not at the last stage itself either. So maybe it's meant to be like that.

You already have them. You get one every 200 levels. There are no tasks to do for them. Once you unlock them, you get their passive bonus (Emma gives you +100% Click, Olivia gives you +300% idle, etc.). You can't do anything else with them, they are just there.
