The fact that you have to complete Event I before you get ANY progress on Event II, etc, is terrible. Like, if I fight villains BEFORE selling items, it doesn't count at all. The progress for each tier should be counting as you go along, but maybe not getting rewarded for them until you complete a lower tier. So, for example, if Tier III said "Defeat 30 villains" then Tier IX should say "Defeat 90 villains" Currently Tier IX says "defeat 60" but if your progress was counted across all tiers, then it'd seem more fair and still require the same amount. Right now, I'm not fighting any villains at all. Or spending any money. Because looking down the list I know it won't count it for me until the time I need it. Kudos to the devs for trying something new, but it really feels like a kick in the crotch that doing tasks for later tiers doesn't count for anything unless you are actively on that tier.
