  1. In a very odd coincidence, Roko Sensei just dropped Mavin for me. 1st girl I've gotten from him, and a day after the legendary dropped. Guess I should prepare myself for a drought...
  2. Okay, so more of my personal experience. During the Music Girls event, I got the first girl but missed out on Metal Noemy. Also I did some upgrading, so as you might expect, I was broke by the end. Now, unless I'm crazy, I'm almost certain the break between Music Girls and the current Legendary Days was one day exactly. Surely it wasn't more than two. Which, if accurate, I hope serves as an example of how some people might feel rushed. On the flip side, I managed to get the girls (my first legendary, in fact) early this time, which leaves me time to replenish my funds, so I'm not complaining. This time, anyway. Though I don't expect that money to last long as I upgrade my new girl(s?).
  3. Well, I can't believe it yet, but I got the twins. Part of me thinks they'll be gone when I wake up tomorrow... I don't think I paid any kobans, unless my finger slipped on a multibattle or two...
  4. Has anyone considered that the solution might be, "No more multiple drops"? Can't get much rarer than never. I don't mean to sound so negative, but the very idea of two girls dropping at once just seems laughable, given recent changes. Even the animation knows it, apparently...
  5. You make an interesting case. I don't know that I can get behind it, though. Because that would suggest my results should have been worse than they normally are. And both for events and boss drops, I consider getting even one girl pretty much breaking even. Which is exactly what I got. But there have been events where I got no girl at all, so I can't really say the drop rates were lowered for this event. What I can say, you've likely heard before: that somewhere in the recent updates, it does feel like drop rates got axed... just not for events. If anything, that's when I'm most likely to get a girl, and a boss is where I'm least likely to. Or that's what Roko Sensei seems to be teaching. Now, if you manage to go, say, three events in a row with no girl drops (and none of those events are Legendary Days), then I'd say something was fishy.
  6. At this point I'd almost prefer to get a boss drop girl through pachinko, just to get it over with.
  7. Apparently I spent all my luck getting the first girl... come back, Metal Noemy!!!
  8. My suggestion: keep trying. Results tend to vary greatly in these events. I actually got the first girl in the very first battle, which never happens to me... buuuut Metal Noemy is being stubborn. And I really want her, which likely means she won't come to me...
  9. There was a time when I was buying all the books as well. But, someone pointed out something along the lines of, the more you level up, the more leveled up your opponents will be, and thus, the harder your Arena battles will be. I'm not sure how true that is, but aside from currently being low on money, I know my Arena performance is mixed at best, so I've pretty much stopped leveling girls, other than the three who do my fighting for me, and only challenge people whose stats and endurance are close to my own. Seems to improve my results, at any rate. But that's just me.
  10. Actually, Shina's boyfriend is ahead of Deku, who doesn't even have a confirmed girlfriend at the moment. Maybe they'll switch it up and have him move back home to support his mother, while Shina swears off dating and embraces harem life to avoid getting her heart broken again.
  11. Alright, fine. Used the multi-battle once. No issues to report... unless you count that I didn't get Metal Noemy an issue. Anyway. Sure, it's a time-saver, and 12 kobans isn't much, but given how long it takes to generate them, I can't see this becoming part of my routine. Not unless there was a visible indicator of how close I was to a girl drop, and it showed I was ten battles away. Which I'm sure won't happen, I just like to mention it every now and then...
  12. This. And I collect them from daily missions. There was a time when I tried to win them from contests, but doing that often costs cash I may not be able to spare at the time, so I don't bother anymore.
  13. I couldn't agree more, but for completely different reasons...
  14. Not necessarily. It's been my experience that event girls like this can drop very quickly, if you're lucky. Around Day 3 if you're not, and not at all if you really aren't. So, for now, you're lucky. Enjoy!
  15. I'm not going to complain. I'm simply going to say that I won't be using the multi-battle feature, and leave it at that.
  16. I can only speak for me. But here's something that happened to me. As we all know, upgrading girls costs money. And you know how to get the most of it: beating the strongest boss. BUT, suppose there's a Legendary Days going on, and to get the event girl, you instead have to fight the weakest boss for several days in a row. Which means much less money being earned. Which means if you do enough upgrading during that event, you'll be broke. And if a new event is starting up right after that one, you still haven't had time to build your funds back up. Now, that doesn't happen all of the time. But it's pretty standard for event girls to only drop from weaker bosses. I'm not saying there isn't a good reason for that, but I am saying that your stream of income drops considerably if you're participating in any event. So, a long enough break to gather up funds might be nice. I have no idea how long, off the top of my head, but I can recall feeling very rushed by how close a Legendary Days was to another event. But you are right, you can simply choose to skip an event. I have done so myself. But if I do want a certain girl and I don't want to skip an event, I just have to accept being low on money at times. Which I don't mind as much now, since there's no real urgency to upgrade girls in a timely manner. And if Roko Sensei isn't going to be any good for dropping girls, he can at least fill my pockets.
  17. Hmm. No complaints about the update so far. Search function makes things much easier when you only want to see certain girls. The expanded profiles (and full names for pretty much everyone) give me something new to look at. I remember being against a character's variants being grouped under the same heading, but now I see it really is convenient the way it's been done. And seeing girls you don't have yet doesn't hurt, and I like that they tell you what event they're associated with. Basically, much easier to navigate the Harem screen, which is what I've been wanting. I know some won't agree, but I actually prefer an update like this to yet another event.
  18. I'm kinda torn on this topic. I am also kinda worn out from how often there's an event. BUT If there wasn't an event constantly, I would have more time to focus on how very low the normal boss drop rate seems to be. Never a good thing.
  19. Um, don't they already tell you in the wiki exactly who the inspiration for most of the girls is? Or are you making different comparisons on your own? Not complaining either way, just curious.
  20. I am wondering if it is possible to go back in time and snatch those girls before Roko Sensei gets his slimy mitts on them... I can't shake the feeling that the drop rate for boss girls, or at least those boss girls, is broken beyond repair. .... Oh, uh, got the two event girls pretty quickly this time around. Yay?
  21. Except that the way I remember it, one of the bigger issues people had with the event in question was that there DIDN'T seem to be a correlation. As in many people spent money and still didn't get the girl. So buying refills didn't seem to increase the drop chance for everyone who paid. Or at least didn't increase it enough for enough people who paid. In which case, I don't know if the bigger issue is that there wasn't a correlation, or if that fact was misrepresented or misinterpreted somehow. If it was entirely luck based and buying refills had no impact whatsoever, then I, as someone who didn't pay, had as much chance as someone who did pay. And I didn't get the girl, by the way. But I'm sure you probably already knew that. I am probably biased, because I feel there should be some definite reward for those who do pay, such as exclusive girls or items, so that in cases like this, people who paid but didn't get the girl they were after, don't walk away empty-handed and possibly resentful. And there were definitely plenty of resentful people that first time around.
  22. I have been getting those server issues a few times a day as well. It's annoying, yes, but now that someone told me how to refresh, I don't mind it too much. At least, there is a far bigger issue in the game that I can't work around (I loathe you, Roko Sensei ), so I won't complain too loudly about the server thing.
  23. Ah, so that's what happened. Thanks for telling me. I was looking for that thread to report I've got Roko up to 290, and still no girls. Slightly miffed as well, in that I managed to get two girls I don't really want (three if you count the one I just got from Epic Pachinko) during the current event, but can't get the two I really want from this boss...
  24. Very curious to see how this update turns out. I've been looking for something to keep me occupied, because I'm now convinced that Roko Sensei just isn't going to drop any of those girls ever, so a new distraction is much appreciated.
