I know I'm just one of many people to say this but.... Contests & Path of Attraction Notification ..... Is horrible. It makes doing thing take longer, and is on a timer, and can't be removed with a click, so it adds 15 or more seconds to any repeated task that has anything to do with a contest. Remove it, or let people turn it off in options.

I've also got this problem too. Time switch was awhile ago, and only the US does it.

I clicked the sign up promotion offering 600 koban for joining cuntwars, then registered on Cuntwars, confirmed my account, and played though the tutorial. I never received the 600 Koban. :'(

I was logged on, and waiting for the next league to start, but ended up getting the message in the image below. It's a common problem I know, since it came here to find several reports already.

It's nice to see, that I'm not the only one that got screwed.
