  1. Honestly I calculated roughly 200 kobans per refil, but it's around 7-8 refills. I also forgot to mention that I had saved combativity from PoA anyway, since I didn't have an immediate use for it at the time, and we've also received some bonuses in recent days which I spent. Also in the interest of honesty I didn't get the girl immediately, I think I had about 30 shards before that. However, my experience during normal events, with 4 girls to be farmed from champions villains is that I'm done at least a couple of days before the end of the event. This would be 400 shards total by that time, giving a rough estimate of ~200 shards 5 days in, without refills. I expect being Kinkoid's mouthpiece isn't much easier either. Not sure how you manage.
  2. Well pardon me for not having clairvoyant powers or access to your infinite well of knowledge. What was clear to me was the event would be shorter, and if there were no other changes compared to previous such events I would still not have had to spend a single koban.
  3. Surely you're not purposefully ignoring the fact that this event isn't like other start-of-month events ? Which is the whole point of my comment.
  4. What's making me say that is that usually the first event each month I can get all the girls without spending a single koban on combativity. This event I've spent over a thousand being nowhere near to getting half the girls, discounting that 100 shard luck I had.
  5. So the trend continues. Shorter event with what seems like lower than usual drop rates. I've been lucky enough to get 2 girls by now and 85 shards of another. But looking at it, realistically I probably would have had 1 and ~20-30 shards if I hadn't gotten an instant 100 shard drop.
  6. So apparently I've overlooked Sheena's balloon appendages and proportions, but I find that her face at least is much closer to the original than the majority of other girls. In either case, the lack of art consistency is just killing it. I get that girls are a main draw of the game, but I don't think many would mind if we got 1-2 less girls but better quality art for the rest.
  7. So, art is mediocre-to-acceptable, but why the hell do most girls look nowhere near like themselves. I'm especially appalled at the versions of Abrael, Lenaelle and fairy. Meanwhile they obviously have someone who can draw based on existing art, as Noemy and Shina pretty much look like themselves even in slightly different art style.
  8. I've been reading this 'they screwed up' excuse for months now, it's getting old. How many times do they have to screw up events before they start thinking about it in advance ? The most logical answer is that they're already thinking about it in advance. Also their 'mistakes' consistently increase the koban cost for events, but never the opposite. Meanwhile when some kind of unintended benefit is given to players, it's solved within a few hours. Giving benefit of the doubt is one thing, but this is way beyond.

Rebalancing contests was a needed change, but there are 2 questionable things here - doing it in the mid of a PoA event where contest points are part of the tasks and balancing around such low numbers when 10 times higher would still have the same balance without affecting the event. Either 2 separate teams create the events and balancing, and they literally don't communicate with each other, or the implications are that this was done with the event in mind.
  10. The real question is why is there such an arbitrary low number on this particular contest, while the rest usually have 10x higher numbers ? It's not like 200 points per sale will change the end result of the contest itself, the only purpose it serves at the moment is to inflate PoA difficulty. It's not something that can be overlooked so easily as to be excused with 'lack of foresight'.
  11. So, bugs abound. From the start I got stuck in some stage without the ability to go to story screens combined with the 0dmg bug in main office. I also had a bug where I viewed 1 story part several times, then when I reached the next story level I got the girl, but no story. After that the game bugged out even more, so I reset and then it worked fine. As for the damage/multipliers, it's unfortunate that they again took the worst approach while keeping the incredibly inflated multipliers for whatever reason. This means that now we're even more dependent on event girls. Anyone starting from scratch is going to be having an extremely hard time doing accomplishing things. Multipliers also have a negative effect on the charms efficiency, since they outclass them by an enormous margin. As usual the Mojo Ring and Sex Tape Souvenir will be the goto OPs here. I don't get why can't they tone down the multipliers, it will still keep those girls relevant due to how those perks work, but will allow other features of to stay relevant into the endgame. Right now about 70-80% of upgrades are useless once you have multipliers. Contacts and about ~20 charms are quite weak and of practically no use for veteran players. So floor limit is 'fixed', but gameplay is still the pigeonholed. Edit: Oh no, I realize now what they've done. Charms are scaled up compared to before. So we have additional power creep at the expense of base stats, but I guess bigger numbers are better, right ? Is it just me, or is this reminiscent of Diablo 3 ?
  12. No, should I be ? Okay, my bad on the event duration, I round it out to 2 weeks in my head. Still, I get all girls from classic events a couple of days before the end, so that point stands. You could be rolling 10xEpic Pachinko regularly if you're filthy rich in kobans, but the rest of those resources or their equivalent can be gained in a few days of normal gameplay, and with minimal strategy any player will have a significant surplus. 'Heavily outweigh' is a strong statement for a 10x Epic roll, which no regular player would do anyway, since the odds are you're getting either an Epic or a girl you're not interested in, with a chance to hit both those conditions. I for one am not looking forward to the odds of getting Natasha from that roll. I will accept your Epic Days 3600 kobans per girl statement, so I guess we're getting a "buy 2, get one free" deal after all, which is slightly better. But while obtaining all girls is the end-goal for most players, given how difficult it is to accomplish, generally everyone has a preference on whom they're willing to spend on. Here we don't have the option to pay less and get only the one girl we want, it's all or nothing. This type of rigid reward is quite punishing when compared to other events.
  13. Next event is standard 14 day with generous drop rates. No point of saving combativity for it.
  14. One day for 6 more missions with several of them being energy which are slower to do than the average. Still it might be possible without kobans, but the time-management is definitely more stringent. You're lumping in free rewards toward the 7200 koban ones. If you want to average it out, you can't really count getting half a girl from orbs in that total. 2400 kobans per girl I think is above both Orgy and Epic Days. For me only Legendary Days requires more investment on average.
  15. I personally don't see much of an improvement this event. Ticket requirement reduced by 20, but then it's additionally slowed down by the energy requirements. Admittedly not 100% sure if that will affect the ability to finish the event without recharges, but it's not an improvement if it just increases the number of hoops without increasing total event time. Paid rewards are slightly better - 3 girls for 7200 instead of 2. But that's still 2400 per girl, which is higher than the average you'd spend to get an additional girl during Epic days. Other rewards are superficial because you'd never spend kobans on things you can farm and the mythic orbs don't even guarantee 1 whole girl. Plus most of the time those kobans would be saved for Legendary Days where they're most useful. On that topic instead of 'improving' PoA by making it more tedious, Legendary Days event can actually use a boost by adding/bringing back more girls to farm, since usually only 1 or 2 specialties are covered, which means some players won't be interested.

  17. Assuming that the upcoming patch will fix the level cap, that could be the explanation. The concerning part is the level gap between obtaining new girls. Up to now it was every 1000 levels with some even being every 500 due to the low level cap currently. Now the gap is 25k levels between obtaining 2 girls, which is honestly absurd if the game isn't rebalanced accordingly.
  18. I second that and add Sex Tape Souvenir to the request, as it's the complimentary charm to Mojo Ring. They should be added to the pool of fixed crafts, which can cover the first 5 crafts for example.
  19. Leveling a money-girl is only useful while the income increase she provides per upgrade is significant compared to the increase per level of advancement. Generally when you start seeing significant income increase just by climbing ranks, then the money-girl has become superficial. In theory you could make an even faster run, than you have achieved on the event if you pick the right moment to stop leveling Mani. It's still superficial though, because it's rarely worth the effort to constantly watch the game, instead of just doing whatever and pressing the upgrade button on Felicia every few minutes. In main office, without enhancements, but with several multipliers, prior to the significant level reset boost, I recall that it money-upgrades became useless around level 3-3.5k. In events it will be even worse since we don't have those large multipliers, although enhancements will make up for it a little bit. Main deal is - it is great if you have a high level on reset, because it gives you a significant boost on the lower levels, but not so great otherwise, practically making money-girls superficial. As for the best girl - it is currently Sabrina, followed by Queen Titania, according to the graph on the fan wiki:
  20. Click-to-idle (Sex Tape Souvenir) is acceptable only if you have Lyka Longteeth, Keira or Cupid, in that order of preference, of course depending on enhancements as well. Without at least one of those girls, this charm pretty much dead. Further it is okay only if: a) you don't have Felicia - almost impossible, since she's a prerequisite to getting the above girls b) you don't have Mojo Ring (click-to-idle) yet - in which case Sex Tape Souvenir can be used for farming resets in order to get Mojo Ring c) you have Mojo Ring, but somehow your Felicia has no enhancements, but your click girl is at max - even in this case MR might be preferable to STS, haven't tested In all cases Mojo Ring is best used for endgame pushing, where the player has to activate their skills and also click to advance in levels. So far I recall only one event where idle gameplay was viable, the rest have always required skills + clicking.
  21. Actually it isn't, even then it's preferable to get any pure affection store item rather than this one. Why ? Well let's see. Assuming you're not buying any other affection items, the most you can get for those 4 hours is ~384 affection (100 saved up + 34 for the 4hrs + ~250 at reset if you have all relevant event and gacha girls). This gives us 384 * 1.2 = 460.8 with affection click perks and 460.8 * 1.2 = 552.96 with the booster in question. The net bonus you're getting from the booster itself, even with the perfect combination of perks is 552.96 - 460.8 = 92.16 which is still less than the cheapest affection item. So even in gacha you'd better pray for even the most basic affection item rather than this so called "booster". Let's say you've had the impossible luck to get 1000 affection points in combination with this, then you'd get about 1000 * 1.44 = 1440 total of which 240 is the booster bonus. Total booster bonus maximum is 332.16 (240 + 92.16 from affection sources described above). Meaning it's still better to get 1000 + 500 affection items in a failed gacha roll, than one of these boosters. It is in extremely rare circumstances that it will provide value, namely if you had decided to buy a significant amount of affection already and you accidentally got this 'booster' for free. Ask yourself - how many times have you decided to drop 25k or more on affection at the same time ? If it happens often, then you probably don't need this booster anyways.
  22. My point was completely the opposite. A few people who had an easy time due to luck can't be taken as representative of the whole experience. Yes, some f2p players can do well, but it is by no means true for all. Not to mention the other logistical issues like reset times, unclaimed rewards affecting bracket distribution and so on. I was lucky enough to be able to get the girl on day 1 as a free player, but by no means do I consider that everyone had the same opportunity. In fact, I specifically spent a little kobans on 1 reset to ensure the outcome, since I anticipated I wouldn't be as lucky on subsequent days. A lot of people hadn't even figured out that legendary contests end 30 minutes earlier than regular ones.
  23. People need to keep in mind that their own personal experience doesn't necessarily correlate with everyone else's. There are sometimes significant differences between player levels, and there's also a large RNG component influencing how competitive of a bracket you're getting even in your own level range. So someone might have had it 'easy' simply because they lucked out enough to get the necessary shards on day 1/2. I personally got the girl on day one placing 3rd, but I still significantly dislike the PvP nature of this event. It also negatively affects players' ability to win regular contests if they spend the resources on the legendary contest. And while level 20 isn't that big of a requirement, it's also a limitation which none of the other events have. There are a lot more downsides compared to the single upside - which is that nobody is locked out due to not having reached a certain villain.

  25. Thanks, that makes sense. If she comes back as part of Legendary Days then all is fine. It doesn't make the event itself better, but it negates the exclusivity issue.
