I use windows 10x 64bit microsoft edge / google chromeand and occasionally firefox (if playing from mobile phone) and have bar issues in all but firefox

I'm currently on 405 (818% with + timer so around 3.10sec) after I had to start over thanx to them losing my progress and as I said I don't have any problems with boss encounters just the stage ones that slow me down I can only think that you must be missing some of the boss xmult

this was before the crash even where I lost all my progress. but there was defiantly one at 10,200 I think it was a +level one but I cant be 100% Shure

there is a contract at 10,200 which is the highest you can get a reward

ye noticed that a few of the charms aren't working right myself but managed to get threw it eventually.

there is a massive problem with levelling basics anyway as there are more boss multipliers and buffs etc than normal girl ones you end up taking a few sec to get threw a boss but much longer to get threw the girls as a result you end up at a high level where you are waiting a massive amount to time to go threw the stages and then get stuck on the boss, when clearly you should be going threw the stages relatively smoothly and stalling on the boss resetting the stage thus allowing you to build up currency to be able to get past that boss but that's just not what players are experiencing instead there for all intense and purposes getting stuck on stages then passing threw boss levels after huge amounts of time making the situation increasingly slower and slower

That would be an impossibility as they would have know way of knowing that you where using a macro or auto click app also there main aim is to make money which you do by people wanting to progress which most people would not want to do or even bother doing if they had to manual click at higher levels given the 1000's of click per needed. basically as I said earlier I think that they just messed up one of there servers accidently removing or corrupting data or it was via a hacker gaining access. ever way they would be unlikely to say anything as people spend real world money in the game and the consequences of what ever happened has cost people 100's of pounds lost so collectively thousands, myself being one of those effected though I did not get banned I simply lost all my progress which was over 10200 + a gacha girl and other buffs like monthly card which had cost me nearly £300 with euro conversion expense and many hours of play.

you get crafts when you reset your forge to grant you currency I see from your image you have not done that yet as you are still on 0 you should also click threw your harem to make shure you did not bypass any previous instructions such as using hearts etc

I think basically they have totally messed up somewhere and as a result it is giving false positives resulting in people getting banned / loosing accounts and a load of other issues. I know for a fact there was an issue with in game purchasing not properly tracking aka people where not getting the invoice but where getting the credit and goods and being charged for them. I suspect this is part of the reason people have been banned but as you say Kinkoid are remaining pretty quiet. Btw if you have made in game purchases that you have lost or have been banned from using that account without an explanation you are covered by credit card consumer goods law at least in the UK basically any goods digital or other wise are treated the same as physical goods, if what you got doesn't work, is not as described etc then you are entitled to have those goods replaced or a total refund. Unless they have a valid reason such as you where actually cheating in which case they still have to inform you of why they believe you where acting outside of the TOS/T&C

yes I was not playing the Halloween event. from what I can understand the latest event has an issue with cookies which is stopping people logging in to there account except in a new tutorial mode. but my point still stands that most new players don't really understand how mul-x etc works so could quite easily find them self getting banned for something they did not even know was happening especially as how the game works is that as you unlock more stuff it gets easier to progress so how would you know if you had not been that level/stage before that it was not supposed to go that quick etc

Other people are reporting similar bugs or tutorial mode only login. from what I can understand as people are using different systems it must be a server side issue and there far there is nothing we users can do about it other than the usual contact support threw there e-mail and let them know directly there is a problem.

sounds like your cashe is being cleared on refresh or your settings are set to medium/high in cookie control

I'm quite new to the game have only been playing a few weeks along the way I have been buying kobans as well as the introduction offer and member card never any problem apart from having to refresh after making the purchase as I could not close the pop up window. Everything was fine until the xmass patch when I lost all my account progress, after I eventually managed to log in. Since then I have been gradually releveling my account. But here is the strange thing to speed up my progress I purchased kobans for the buff effects except this time I received a confirmation email I never got one of these before which leaves me wondering if that was part of why my account progress just disappeared I was wondering if anyone else has been in this situation.

If you tell us which browser and system you are running aka ms edge, chrome, firefox, ie etc then people may be able to help there are windows applications like text input support that revers input fields when using some of the regional keyboard settings, there are also errors chat can happen with java overflow. and many mobile phones have similar problems when using older browsers. Try updating your viewing platform, java (old versions of windows and other platforms only), or clearing your internet cashe. you can also try looking threw your settings and make sure you do not have any 3rd party apps running that could be interfering with your input fields. other than this without more info its hard to diagnose what's going on.

well that's all fine and dandy except I have had to start again at lvl 0 lost my gotcha girl and previous event girl and active member card after spending over £200 on developing my game and I did not even do the event. so basically totally innocent people are suffering because of a bug that that I seriously drought most new players like my self even knew about . so where's my kobans refund?

lots of ppl having same problem loss of girls charms etc they need a good kick in the ass

I have even worse got it to load in crome then came back to msedge only to find all my girls and everything had gone I had all girls all charms at lvl 500+ and loads of girl abilities unlocked now I have nothing

Thay seem to have quite a few problems with scroll bars locking/ moving by them self / disappearing etc threw out there game collections I have problems with hentai clicker scrollbar

Though I agree with you that progress is slowed down in the short term having extra time to do the boss in the long term means you will progress further. Also at higher levels once you unlock multipliers etc you will find that the boss encounters just zip threw easy but the normal mobs are slow especially as at 9k+ stage there is a great deal of charm girls compared to others. What may be useful is if we could redistribute / reforge crafts for a nominal cost (or limited redo every x. amount of time).
