My issue is a little bit different. It doesn't seem like I lost anything, but the game seems to have forgotten about my silver monthly subscription, and now it's not letting renew it because "subscription already exists for this product."

So, I've been playing for a while now, level 225. But, I'm still not in a club. So, I guess I'm looking for information on the advantages of being in a club. I'm willing to join one (I'm US-based), but would like to understand their function in the game. Thanks!
