Issue has been resolved on my end, I recommend rebumping your closed tickets to do the same

Hey everyone, I had the exact same problem happen to me, except Im from Canada so the difference hits a little harder at x1.5, packages changed from, ex: 20cad to 20EURO This began for me a couple days before halloween, so earlier than you all mentioned, I had put in a ticket and they requested my ip address like I've seen everyone mention here. The response I got after that was along the lines of "this is an issue we're working on, we'll update you when its fixed" a little lackluster but I hope it doesnt take too long. Interested in what support says for all you!

Hi DvDivXXX, At the reset where we got 3 new bundles priced in Euros that everyone is talking about. I received my bundles in CDN, as I always do, as I play in Canada. I went to work and when I came back, everything was priced in euros, and Im not talking about the euro value equivalent, at least for me, my packages went from 19.99 CDN to 19.99 EUROS. Euros are valued at x1.5 my currency rate, so please fix this or have better worthwhile packages. Literally the majority of the bundles value is the event pachinko and its using combativity as a disguise, the event pachinko is locked to only 4 girls for an 8 day period and the last 6 bundles gave out like what? 12 spins total? gg no re but we'll still buy yknow, its just upsetting and underhanded.
