Aha... more information... I've already got a ticket in about this, and support is 'dragging its heels' not seeing a problem. Good to know there's duplicated people, hadn't noticed that. BTW, when a member is 'missing' -- he's also missing from the Awakening-qualified member count as well... To clarify: say that Jino is missing from my list, and I KNOW that he's primed, ready to awaken. (I keep a spreadsheet -- allows me better sorting, and I can 'flag' people for special attention) Now, I need 25 people 'ready' for the next round of Awakenings, but I can only 'see' 24 in my harem list, and when I go to awaken someone, the game SAYS I only have 24, I need one more. So... I close my harem, re-load the game (refresh the webpage), go back in my harem, and Surprise! I now have 25, and I can start using Gems to Awaken the guys. 😵 This sucks. Aside Note: Yes, I need to refresh the webpage... sometimes, closing the harem list and re-opening it does NOT make my missing member reappear.

Why are they crap? They work exactly as advertised... for example... Harem member at level 227. Apply book of 20k experience, and BAM, he's at 250. AWAKE him with gems, and BAM, he's at level 300. And so on. Now I've got several sitting, waiting for the next round of Awakening... (I don't have enough PEOPLE to Awaken the next batch, yet)... and they're pre-primed with experience for... whenever.... 🤗 And yes, I just DID exactly that to Awaken a batch up to level 350... I'll save Instant Level 350 books for the new folks that are worth entering my Awakening cycle (and going for high levels, for combat, etc)

How does this apply with the gems, now? will the Mythic books take you up to your (current) Awakened max level for that harem member?

Came back to the game this afternoon, and now I'm seeing bundles in US$... (uh, wait, I HOPE it's not Canadian $!!! 🙄 ) ... so I'm fixed, but NO word from support (they said they'd get back to me, when it was fixed). Ah well, at least I'm not paying weird fees now.

I noticed the green exclamation ! on the triple-bar icon (top right) that opens the menu of all the game sections... and that screen had the green exclamation on the top right -- not pointing at ANYTHING. (I'd have taken screen shots, but didn't realize it was an issue, exactly, and now it's cleared). After some poking about, trying to figure out what it was referencing, I checked my Settings/Support page, and sure enough, there was a new message from the support team. Could we (a) make an entry on the game menu that takes you directly to support (and put the exclamation next to it?) -or- (b) at the least, put the exclamation next to the item that wants attention (like there's almost always an explanation next to my mini-profile-picture, letting me know there are new pics in the profile selection). Thanks!

AHA! 🤩 I thought I was losing my mind, and that I'd somehow missed that they were earning so much. Thanks for clearing that up, both the offset/fix, and what the hell happened to my income.

I logged out and in, for a second time, and now he's back -- the game seems REALLY laggy on pretty much everything, but I know we just had the big update, and so I'm giving it time to settle down. Gary was probably in the head, or behind a tree, or something.... 🤔 Close this one, please... 😊

Huh... with the update, I seem to have lost Gary. No longer in my harem list. Already submitted a support ticket. Anybody else notice missing harem member(s)??? 🥵

NOPE... charges are going through my credit card in EUROS, not dollars. 😒

None of those forum posts are really clear how it's used. Basically, you upgrade your harem levels using books and literature (as usual), up to 'break points' -- seems to be every 50 levels. Then you have to "Awaken" your harem member (using gems as appropriate -- note that low level harem members cost NO gems to Awaken), to unlock the next 50 levels of experience, and THEN you have to spend books and reading material to upgrade their levels as usual. SIGH... another odd complication. 🤔

I've also gone through support, and yes, I got asked about my IP as well. Interestingly, buying Koban and other purchases are all in US$, but the special deals are in Euro. I've notified Support about this, but nothing has come back (yet).
