I already finish the tutorial and register using my email use on kinkiod but the kobans wasn't in my hentai heroes account why is this a bug?

i would like to inform that the game was slowly running, showing the anything is much slower than usual i think its because of the server

i want to report the because when i scanned the how reliable my internet it says i having fast internet connection but when i played the game it cost a lot of time to load just like the harem list it takes minutes of load. is the server is having a problem ??
