Interesting. Do you recall by any chance which was your first drop from Edwarda? Bonny, Eugénie or Jeanne? If Eugénie, then that confirms your theory... And it would be a depressive conclusion. I'm struggling for a month to get Jeanne (ideally), or at least Bonny. Well, a month minus the wasted week trying to get Xmas Bunny to no avail. Anyway, I expect a drop somewhere in the next couple of weeks (the pity drop at least), but if that's Eugénie, that would suck raindeer balls. Not just because I'm Hardcore... I just don't like the character (gets off on chicken legs stuffed in her mouth... WTF?). Who wouldn't want Lara 'Jeanne' Croft instead?

I'm posting this here, as they closed the Christmas Event thread: I find it really disappointing that we weren't given at least Christmas Day as well to fight bosses in an attempt to get Christmas Bunny or Winter Agate. After farming for 16 hrs a day all week, it's quite frustrating to get neither of them. They should have given us Christmas Day as well and double odds on that day to those who didn't get any of the girls yet, did play every day and had at least 25 boss fights a day.

Well, screw it... there went nothing. I even woke up in the night for one last shot of battling Gruntt AND wasted a couple of Pachinkos in a desperate last shot with my few kobans, but no luck. No girl whatsoever this event, in spite of playing like 16 hrs/day. I'm not very motivated to move on now. Too much randomness for my taste... Something is wrong with their formulas if one guy can get both even girls in 5 minutes (like I read here above or in the other thread), while others can struggle for 7 days and no luck. Or maybe this even was just too short.

For me one was definitely good (much better than what I had in that slot), and one a little bit better. So over all really not bad... it's a present after all.

Well, I'm not sure if the girls remain available till the end of the year or disappear tonight, now that the special missions finished (I kinda fear the latter), but I guess I'm close to the "reason to complain" situation now. I haven't set midnight alarms like in the Sci-Fi event anymore, only fought Gruntt in the daytime, but after 7 days still no success. And no, I haven't gotten Agate either... still trying for Bunny only.

It shouldn't. After all you're under the same profile. Though somehow I wonder what it is that helps some guys get 2 girls from 3 tries (see above), and I'm fighting Gruntt for 6 days and still no luck with Xmas Bunny.

And add to that the fact that the pity drop only functions if you play daily. You skipped a day and the one month pity drop counter starts again I believe. And I don't even know how they calculate this "every day". Like if I play today at 4PM, and next time I battle a boss is only tomorrow 5PM, does it mean that I failed to play again within 24 hrs and the pity counter is reset? Until that's clarified, I try to battle bosses at least twice a day, morning and evening (as brief as it may be), to make sure I never end up with more than 24 hrs between fights.

Good question. I hope they do. We deserve some Christmas joy after all.

Thanks. It's basically an indirect answer, but it'll do. So, if I read well between the lines, getting a boss girl would not influence at all my chances of getting an event girl. On the other hand: - we can apparently be sure we'll get some boss girl eventually (pity timer) > this I knew - while there's a good chance we won't ever get an event girl? At least if my understanding of "flat drop rate" is correct: at each iteration, we have a rate of up to 0.9%, which never goes up, which means whether we try one time or a thousand times, each time we have a 99% chance to fail to get the girl, right?

Well, it's not like it's the same users asking it, so I doubt "education" can help much here. I know from other forums this can get annoying. But isn't HH the kind of game which is bound to get thousands of new users every month? Among them, there's got to be some r00kies who don't know how annoying that is for veterans. So we could as well just better get used to it and ignore these threads. Plus people want their answer relatively fast, and I'm not sure how efficient the search engine is on this site. Here's a practical example. I just searched for : Does getting a boss girl reset the counter for event girls? (genuine question, feel free to answer if you know) I have the feeling I saw that few weeks ago somewhere on the forum, but I can't remember the answer as the question didn't trouble me back then. Yet now I couldn't find it. I tried a few combinations with less words (e.g.: "boss girl reset counter event girl"), but no luck. It can't be that the question wasn't asked before. It was possibly there with with different words. But I don't have 5 minutes to think of all synonyms that could be used as keywords until I find the right one (some ppl have that time, I don't... not to mention I still risk not to find it in the end, making it all wasted time). So then I ask my question, knowing there is a risk someone may get annoyed. I know my example is not as basic as the question of this thread. But just try searching now for "event girl drop rate". There are actually no results. So the question might be basic, but so is the search engine over here. There might be users who didn't bother searching. But it can just as well be that they tried, but didn't find the answer.

Thanks. But sorry to question this: you say it because it has been tested and concluded it's not that? Or are you one of the devs? Or is it more an assumption becoming a "fact" because it's a bit too time consuming to keep an eye on it for confirmation, and we expect the drop logic to be totally random? It would rather suck to know there's no way I can avoid Eugénie.

Before fighting a boss, the list of rewards shows cash in the first slot, and a "slideshow" of girls in the second slot. If you hover over that slot, the girls appear in a certain order (which changes from one battle to another). Did anyone notice, when a girl dropped, if it was the first girl in that list? I'm asking because, if so, I will obviously refresh the battle screen until the desired girl is there (or at least avoid girls I really don't want, like Eugénie).

Maybe it becomes a "real girl" next December.

I'm not sure if I should take posts like this as givers of hope, or source of frustration? I never get more than 1 girls per event, and even that towards the end of it (if at all). Maybe they just have better drop rates in the Spanish version? Or are you a paying customer and farm more often? Or devs tweak your chances because of that...

Generous my a$$. You were just lucky. I've been playing non-stop and putting my alarm in the middle of the night for another round of 'farming' to not waste any Combativity points ('cause I really want that Bunny), and so far still nothing.

It might be a matter of browser cache. This is what I did: - I logged out - I closed my browser - I reopened the browser and went to HH - I played a few of the beginning slides new players get before logging (up until the room full or girls - but I don't think this step was necessary) - Then I logged in, and voila - it worked. Points are now counted to my contests. PS: Nice username. Are you Indian?

Thanks for the tip. It worked for me. Unfortunately I lost all points from the early hours of the day, so I have quite a handicap next to the other guys (who already made thousands), but at least new points are counted. Plus now I know how to fix this from the beginning if it re-occurs.

Here are my today's contests, and the issues with 2 of them: 1. Show off in the Casino : this is okay; I played Pachinko and points were added. 2. A symbiotic harem: Gaining XP should give you points. I gained XP from Missions & Battles, yet no points were added (I am yet to gain XP from the main quest too, as soon as I get more energy, but I don't think the idea is that only that XP would count). 3. Eternal Rivalry: Everyone probably knows this one - you need to beat bosses for points. I've defeated Gruntt & Edwarda a few times, yet no points are added in the contest's ranking sheet.

^ check the rest of the Bug section of the forum. It's not a new issue. You're "lucky" you didn't experience the issue sooner. I was about 3-4 weeks without a contest till yesterday.

Second time when it happens (first time was about 4 weeks ago): I finish the contest of the last 48 hrs as 1st, but when I click on Claim Reward, nothing happens. I can't be sure if cash or kobans were added as I can't recall what I had before, but for sure the artifact that always comes with it didn't appear among my items. I also don't recall the name of the contest (when I clicked Claim Reward it disappeared from the list, and I didn't expect the bug to make a note of it), but it was that contest with me giving oral to Bunny in the banner.
