The banner should probably reappear on login, or be in mail. I don't have Mizuki either, I'm not sure how to unlock her.

I love her exactly because of that. Please, more Justine and more crazy eye girls that are crazy about the D! I can't wait to unlock her scenes. I'm so happy she's 5 star, I ended up buying all the flowers, chocolates and panties just for her!

I don't know whether it's just this event but I didn't have problems getting the other 2 Legends in non-revival. I could get all of the rare pachinko girls in anniversary event for the same amount of Kobans as Levitya :3
