  1. you what? you get tickets for having a low ticket count? huh... guess sometimes I should let mine drop below 100 to try it out. Actually, In my opinion, having less than 100 on hand would already count as low though. Think about it, what if a new PoA event starts and I didn't notice it 'cos I forgot to check the patch notes? I'd be in some really deep trouble right there. That said, getting some extra when we only have a few seems nice, if only that limit wasn't borderline zero, but at least a bit higher, like 100 or so.
  2. interesting to see, that the notifications are still present, even after all the negative feedback they got. I'm not saying that having notifications is definietly a bad thing, but they way it's handled here is. If we can't use UI elements due to them, than they're more of a hindrance than help to most players. I'd suggest (as many before me had) a toggle to enable/disable them in the settings menu; or a new implementation of them that doesn't cover as much of the user interface, and most importantly, doesn't cause extra delays to the useage of the game, such as notifications causing people to wait during fights, (what gets exceedingly annoying the more fights someone has in a row) etc. Also I'd recommend actually checking out the feedback you receive from the community on the forum, so you wouldn't have implemented this abomination of a "feature" to the players on the live server, while it scored nothing but negtive results on the test server as well. Even better, check them out on a separate development server before even putting said feature on the test server, and make sure it doesn't get even to the test server, while it's in such a halfbaked state.
  3. that can also work nicely, though I'm not sure what would happen if we really spammed it, and multiples would start overlapping. That's wh I recommended the thread instead, where they could wait each other out realtively simply.
  4. I don't mind the banner being there, if it runs on a separate thread than the rest of the game. The issue is, that it probably isn't (rookie mistake, I made it a lot as well when I learned thread handling); hence it makes the players wait for it to disappear before they coul continue. If it was a separate thread, and it just stayed there, but didn't slow down any other part of the game (didn't cause other functions to wait for it to disappear) than it'd be perfectly fine by me, but having to wait for the banner to disappear after every boss battle when I just press skip on the battles anyway, it just doesn't make sense. The 2 options I would recommend for fixing it are: 1: as mentioned before, put it in a separate thread, and make sure it doesn't cause other functions to wait for it 2: make it toggleable, so people who want to use it can use it, but people who don't can at least turn it off somewhere in the settings menu.
