Hi, A team/club member in GH is receiving a loging error 500 and simply cannot access the game and as login is done through HH as well and there is the same error and simply the player is lost as there are no options to contact support. So first of all there should be some kind of login troubleshooting ir fix ir something for such error. How this player can fix this? It was teied ti log in from other device and as well clear the cache but no use if that. Secondly there should be some kind of secondary option how to reach the support otherwise such errors simply ban olayers form reaching the help.

For whatever reason I can't seem to log in with the app for Android. It's only on the test server, and it's only on the app for the phone. I can log in through Firefox on the phone just fine. It keeps saying my password is wrong even though it not.

Dear Kinkoid When I click the 'sign in' button on the forum, I am instead redirected to the town page in-game. - I cleared cookies, but it didn't change anything. - I tried in an incognito tab, which did work, but hasn't been required previously. - I am using the Edge browser. I hope, that you can fix this bug, as it's annoying. I only found the solution by asking a fellow club member. Sincerely Nalzak
