Z-Wave Posted May 25, 2019 Share Posted May 25, 2019 (edited) Yeah Kinkoid Support is hit or miss. I think the new ticket system is a nonsense addition as long as their support is understaffed. My ticket, although obsolete by now, is 15 days old without any reaction (I'd even guess they didn't look at it, because otherwise they'd probably closed it). However: There is a much better way to receive support from Kinkoid. Go to the official Discord server and leave your question either in the #user-question-answers channel or via pm to one of the KK staff directly. In the channel you usually get instant replies from another user if he/she can help you out. If you need to direct your question to KK, I have very good experiences with both Kaos and Noacc and usually get a reply on the same weekday. Just be nice and have in mind those are working people like you and me.
