Some people might actually play on test server, especially when it comes to league. It's the only place to have a real competition, where your own effort and tactic are purely deciding factor in your success or not. But they do so with no expectations of a fair environment due to certain time accelerations that existed there before, and due to it not being meant to be an active play server.
