As actually in the English forum there are no moderators, you would do better to create the thead in the appropriate location by yourself. Remember also that the forum stucture does not allow normal users to delete posts and threads (another thing only moderators are capable of) so you had better pay the most attention you can when you create a new thread. Once you create a post or a new thread you won't be able to delete it, only to edit your posts, although you can't left a post with empty text (you must at least leave a space).
