Ozman Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 Hi Everyone, Not going to knock Orbs, they're a nice add. However, DO NOT THINK THEY ARE EVEN CLOSE TO A DROP FOR A GIRL! And as such, are an absolute wrong choice to replace cash for the Tower of Fame as part of the reward. Had 28 Epic Orbs (all screenshots that I took are attached if they'll let me put them all), took shots of each (well most) click so you could see it was from the same computer (you can see the time in the Mythic Pachinko area) and that I'm not trying to spread misinformation. Really, just take it for what it is, info. Just don't be fooled into thinking that because you "can" get a girl with an orb that it means there's even a remote chance. Actually, if memory serves me right (I know that I'm off a bit), a "High Chance" in Event Pachinko really means around 20%... Not great gambling odds. Anyway, for everyone's info if you like... The number scheme is a count down and a count up. If there was 20 Orbs left, the file is 20_left. For rewards, it was a count up; if it was the 15th reward, it was called 15th_reward. Lots of Gifts for the girls, a bunch of equipment (used some, sold most), no girls... Not even one. Anyway, the chance of getting a girl is higher now than it was when you got the cash prize. Then the chance was exactly 0. Anyway, gifts are worth quite some cash, so you save cash there. 3132 Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 So far I got Sporty Noemy and Kathy from these orbs. They also gave me Natasha, which is a thing that counts as -10 girls. Kathy turned out to be a weird tentacle creature so also does not count as +1 girl. Therefore I am at a total of -8,5 girls because of these orbs. Peterminator Posted February 21, 2020 Share Posted February 21, 2020 Although I am in the same situation than Ozman, I think that he's missing something, the exchange of ymens for orbs is a modification for the endgame players, those who see in the ymens a currency without much use because they have mostly all the girls with full affection and experience, state-art equipment and only use, occasionally, the money to overpay some contests. Based in that I believe we have to wait some levels before to fully appreciate this new feature. I'm scared to use my orbs because there are a lot of weird monsters in the EP. This is one more reason to implement the feature that allows us to delete a girl from our harem. Allow me an advice, my friend: never try to bargain with the devs, as you will only waste your time. Their behaviour since the creation of the game have made clear that changes to the game requested by the players are put in motion (and even then, not always) only when their profit is almost unaltered by the change, and a mob of players is supporting the request. And I think that to the previous can also be added that the request should be made and backed up on Discord, because, as far as I have seen, not only the devs browse rarely this forum, but as far as I have understood, they consider Discord a preferential channel of communication (I think because most of the game paying players and whales are present on Discord, but it is only my hypothesis). Look at the example of the market multiplier button to buy more stat point at once: that request, before its effective implementation, if memory serves me right, was first made at least one year in advance, and repeated in time by quite a number of players, and if I am not wrong someone in time said that the same request was made more than once on Discord. Having said that, the orbs "feature" (as a whole) is still being implemented and, regarding the x10 epic orb in particular, I hope there will be more ways to get/win one (not easy, for sure, but possible).
