As an expat, I can't get Skrill to accept any method of payment available to me. Apparently they just don't want to do business with anyone who lives outside their own country. That seems to be against the idea of the offers in the first place... Oh well, there's stuff on weekend sale on Steam, they don't have a problem accepting my money :D.
