I already tried rebooting my laptop and also test if it works on my mobile app but still nothing is working. I cannot remember any unusual activity I have done to have this kind of issue suddenly disrupting my play time. With regards to my player ID, it is unfortunate that I will not be able to provide it because I didn't expect that I will encounter this issue and also haven't memorized it.
