I thought it was set to "you can only reset within 100 levels of the current max level" but I'm currently level 4919/5001 and I can't reset. Speaking of, Bunny's Sex Toy is supposed to skip non-boss stages until min reset stage, but it stops WAY earlier than the point I have ever been able to reset... EDIT: seems to be a bug when you enter the game with high level (got to 40 short of max level and it unlocked). After reset seems to go back to 100 from max level..
